١. ما البيانات التي نجمعها

نحن لا نجمع بيانات وثائق الملكية أو الهوية الرسمية في هذه المرحلة — هذا مخطط فقط لمرحلة لاحقة (إعلانات البيع)، وسيأتي بسياسة خصوصية منفصلة أكثر تفصيلاً عند إطلاقه.
٢. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك
تُخزَّن قاعدة البيانات والصور على خوادم Supabase في منطقة الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت)، وليس داخل سوريا أو الولايات المتحدة — قرار اتُخذ لتقليل التعقيد القانوني والتقني المرتبط بالعقوبات، مع تحسين سرعة الوصول. راجع docs/ARCHITECTURE.md للتفاصيل التقنية.
٣. من يشارك بياناتك
لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث. تُشارَك بيانات محدودة فقط مع مزودي الخدمة التقنية اللازمين لتشغيل المنصة:
- Supabase — استضافة قاعدة البيانات والصور
- Cloudflare — تسريع تحميل الموقع
- OneSignal — إشعارات (لاحقًا، غير مفعّلة في هذه المرحلة)
قد نُفصح عن بيانات محددة إذا طُلب ذلك قانونيًا من جهة رسمية مختصة.
٤. حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو حذف حسابك بالكامل بالتواصل معنا. حذف الحساب يخفي إعلاناتك ويحذف بياناتك الشخصية، مع الاحتفاظ بحد أدنى من السجلات إن كانت مطلوبة لأغراض أمنية (مثل منع إنشاء حسابات وهمية متكررة).
٥. التغييرات
سنُحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة أي جمع بيانات جديد (خصوصًا عند إضافة الدفعات أو وثائق الملكية لاحقًا) وسنُشعرك داخل التطبيق.

We do not currently collect ownership documents or official ID — that's planned only for a later phase (sale listings) and will come with its own, more detailed privacy policy when it launches.
2. Where your data is stored
The database and photos are hosted on Supabase servers in the EU (Frankfurt) region — not inside Syria or the US — a decision made to reduce sanctions-related legal/technical complexity while keeping good access speed. See docs/ARCHITECTURE.md for the technical detail.
3. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data to any third party. Limited data is shared only with the technical service providers needed to run the platform:
- Supabase — database and photo hosting
- Cloudflare — site delivery/acceleration
- OneSignal — notifications (planned later, not active in this phase)
We may disclose specific data if legally required by a competent official authority.
4. Your rights
You can request to see your data or delete your account entirely by contacting us. Deleting your account hides your listings and removes your personal data, while retaining a minimal record if required for security purposes (e.g., preventing repeated fake-account creation).
5. Changes
We'll update this policy whenever new data collection is added (especially when payments or ownership documents are introduced later) and notify you in-app.
