مرحبًا بك في دارنا. باستخدامك للموقع أو التطبيق فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية.

١. ما هي دارنا

دارنا منصة تعرض إعلانات غرف للإيجار في سوريا، تربط بين الباحثين عن سكن (المستأجرين) وأصحاب الغرف (الملّاك). دارنا ليست طرفًا في عقد الإيجار نفسه ولا تضمن دقة كل إعلان أو سلوك أي مستخدم — دورنا هو عرض الإعلانات وتوفير خطوة "تحقق يدوي" أساسية لتقليل الإعلانات الوهمية، وليس ضمان الصفقة.

٢. من يمكنه استخدام دارنا

• يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عامًا فأكثر.
• تحتاج اسم مستخدم وبريدًا إلكترونيًا وكلمة مرور صالحة للتسجيل.
• حساب واحد لكل شخص — الحسابات المكررة أو الوهمية قد تُعلَّق.

٣. حسابات المستأجر والمالك

• أي مستخدم يبدأ كمستأجر؛ نشر أول إعلان يحوّل الحساب تلقائيًا لحساب مالك (مع بقاء إمكانية البحث كمستأجر).
• شارة "موثّق" الخضراء تُمنح يدويًا من فريق دارنا للملّاك، وليست تلقائية — راجع سياسة التحقق في docs/BUSINESS_LOGIC.md إن كنت مطورًا.
• يحق لدارنا تعليق أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، بما يشمل نشر إعلانات مضللة أو التحرش بمستخدمين آخرين أو محاولة الاحتيال.

٤. قواعد نشر الإعلانات

• يجب أن تكون المعلومات (السعر، الموقع، الصور، الوصف) دقيقة وخاصة بك أو بعقار تملك صلاحية تأجيره.
• كل إعلان يمر بمراجعة قبل ظهوره للعامة، وقد يُرفض مع سبب واضح يمكنك تعديله وإعادة الإرسال.
• ممنوع: صور مسروقة من إعلانات أخرى، أسعار وهمية لجذب النقر، معلومات تواصل مزيفة، أو محتوى تمييزي غير قانوني.
• يحق لدارنا حذف أي إعلان مخالف دون إشعار مسبق في حالات الاحتيال الواضح.

٥. الإبلاغ والمراجعة

يمكن لأي مستخدم الإبلاغ عن إعلان أو حساب مشبوه. البلاغ لا يؤدي لإخفاء الإعلان تلقائيًا — يُراجعه فريق دارنا يدويًا قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء، لحماية الملّاك من بلاغات كيدية.

٦. الرسوم

نشر إعلان أساسي مجاني حاليًا. أي ميزات مدفوعة مستقبلية (مثل تمييز الإعلان) ستُعرض بوضوح مع سعرها قبل الدفع، ولن تُفرض رسوم دون موافقتك الصريحة.

٧. إخلاء المسؤولية

دارنا لا تتحقق من صك الملكية أو الحالة القانونية للعقار في هذه المرحلة (خدمة التحقق من الوثائق مخطط لها لاحقًا لإعلانات البيع، وليست جزءًا من هذه النسخة). أي اتفاق إيجار يتم مباشرة بين المستأجر والمالك، وتقع مسؤولية التحقق النهائي منه عليهما. ننصح دائمًا بمعاينة الغرفة والتحقق من هوية الطرف الآخر قبل أي دفع.

٨. التعديلات

قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط مع نمو المنصة (خصوصًا عند إضافة الدفعات في المرحلة الخامسة أو إعلانات البيع في المرحلة السادسة). سنُشعرك بأي تغيير جوهري داخل التطبيق.

Welcome to Darna. By using the website or app, you agree to the following.

1. What Darna is

Darna is a platform listing rooms for rent in Syria, connecting room seekers (tenants) with room owners (landlords). Darna is not a party to the rental agreement itself and does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the conduct of any user — our role is to display listings and provide a basic manual-verification step to reduce fake listings, not to guarantee the transaction.

2. Who can use Darna

• You must be 18 or older.
• A valid name, email, and password are required to register.
• One account per person — duplicate or fake accounts may be suspended.

3. Tenant and landlord accounts

• Every user starts as a tenant; publishing your first listing automatically upgrades the account to a landlord account (you can still search as a tenant too).
• The green "verified" badge is granted manually by the Darna team to landlords, not automatically — see docs/BUSINESS_LOGIC.md for the internal policy if you're a developer.
• Darna may suspend any account that violates these terms, including posting misleading listings, harassing other users, or attempting fraud.

4. Listing rules

• Information (price, location, photos, description) must be accurate and about a property you own or are authorized to rent out.
• Every listing is reviewed before it becomes publicly visible, and may be rejected with a clear reason you can address and resubmit.
• Not allowed: photos stolen from other listings, fake prices used to attract clicks, fake contact information, or unlawfully discriminatory content.
• Darna may remove any listing that clearly violates these rules without prior notice in cases of obvious fraud.

5. Reporting and review

Any user can report a suspicious listing or account. A report does not automatically hide the listing — it's manually reviewed by the Darna team first, to protect landlords from bad-faith reports.

6. Fees

Basic listing is currently free. Any future paid features (like featured placement) will be shown clearly with their price before you pay — no charge will ever be applied without your explicit consent.

7. Disclaimer

Darna does not currently verify property ownership documents or legal status (a document-verification service is planned for future sale listings, and is not part of this version). Any rental agreement happens directly between tenant and landlord, and final verification is each party's own responsibility. We always recommend viewing the room in person and verifying the other party's identity before any payment.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform grows (especially when payments are added in Phase 5 or sale listings in Phase 6). We'll notify you in-app of any material change.
